Add the rail lines and a global cargo airport, and the case isn't theoretical – it's structural- The Inland Port isn't a pitch. It's a track record. Amazon, Walmart, and The Home Depot didn't come to Southern Dallas County on promises – they came because the model already works, and a growing cluster of distribution and manufacturing companies is proof it keeps working
