Mark D. Solano serves as the State Policy and Government Affairs Manager for Wing. 

His portfolio includes working with Governors, Legislators, and state regulatory authorities to introduce and build out the world’s most efficient autonomous delivery network. Beyond policy, Mark works with communities across the U.S., to foster and build the trust needed to attain the social license to operate.  

Mark is a lifelong Texan and previously led autonomous technology adoption, shaping Texas’ policy for industry leaders such as Nuro and GM’s autonomous efforts formally known as Cruise.
