Shannon is a Senior Research Associate for Aurora Insights, an intelligence and consultancy division of Akabo Media. She has a Masters in Economics and a Bachelors in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She is currently researching in the robotics, automation, supply chain, urban logistics, smart transport, and sustainability sectors.
