Steve Baer is an operations executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across manufacturing and distribution. At First Supply, he is leading a transformational supply chain project: launching a greenfield distribution center featuring goods-to-person automation, a new WMS, TMS, and automated material handling equipment, strengthening branch resupply and inventory optimization. Previously, Baer led distribution and supply chain organizations for manufacturing and distribution businesses of all sizes, regionally and globally, spanning customer service, order management, planning, sourcing, and logistics. He holds an MBA from Wharton, a BA in Economics from Stanford, is APICS Certified, and is a US Army veteran.
