TJ Shelters is the Senior Vice President – Motive Power at Concentric USA, bringing five years of leadership experience with the organization and extensive expertise in industrial batteries, forklift power systems, and material-handling solutions.

TJ leads the development of a high-performing sales organization focused on helping customers improve fleet reliability, increase productivity, enhance safety, and reduce operating costs. He works closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and develop practical power solutions including battery, charger, lithium-ion, and managed-service strategies that deliver measurable value.

Working hand in hand with Concentric’s engineering and operations teams, TJ played a key role in the successful development, piloting, and market launch of POWERHIVE™, Concentric’s innovative power-management system. His focus is ensuring that new technology translates into real-world customer outcomes improving fleet uptime, simplifying operations, and enabling more productive material-handling environments.

A central part of TJ’s leadership is aligning sales with Concentric’s Operations Division to ensure customers receive dependable service, responsive support, and the sustained uptime required to keep their businesses moving.
