EPG's Lindsay Schuemann and Carina Holland Honored with 2026 Women in Supply Chain Awards

EPG Stand: 450
Schuemann recognized as a Trailblazer and Holland honored as a Workforce Innovator for advancing supply chain leadership, education, and workforce development.
Ehrhardt Partner Group (EPG), a global leader in unified supply chain execution and warehouse management technology, announced today that Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive named Lindsay Schuemann, Director of Marketing, and Carina Holland, Manager of Logistics Training, as recipients of the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Award. The award honors female leaders whose accomplishments, mentorship, and contributions are helping shape the future of supply chain and logistics.

Schuemann was recognized for the third consecutive year in the Trailblazers category, honoring female leaders with at least 10 years of experience who continue to pave the way for future women in logistics. Holland was recognized in the Workforce Innovator category, honoring leaders advancing supply chain education and workforce development.

“This award isn’t just a way to honor females in supply chain. It’s a representation of progress, it’s a symbol of growth, and it’s a way to celebrate achievements of all women in the supply chain who continue to pave the way for the next generation,” said Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Co-Founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™. “Of the 300-plus submissions received, 70 of them were self-submissions, the highest number of self-nominated applications ever in the history of this award. And 44 of the submissions received were from male counterparts, also the highest number of male-submitted applications to date. This year’s list of winners entails females making a difference in the supply chain, and I’m honored to share their journeys.”

With more than 13 years of experience in the industry, Schuemann has built her career helping organizations better understand and adopt technologies that improve warehouse and supply chain performance. Since joining EPG in early 2025, she has helped advance industry conversations around AI, warehouse execution, automation, and workforce enablement by translating complex innovations into practical solutions that supply chain leaders can implement with confidence.

“I’m honored to receive the Trailblazers award and grateful to Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive for recognizing the many women helping move our industry forward,” said Schuemann. “Supply chain is filled with incredibly talented people, and I’m fortunate to work alongside so many of them. It’s especially meaningful to share this recognition with Carina, whose passion for developing and empowering supply chain professionals makes a lasting impact on our customers, our team, and the industry.”

Holland's Workforce Innovator recognition reflects her work helping supply chain professionals successfully adopt new technology. As Manager of Logistics Training, she leads EPG Academy in North America, where she established the Dallas-Fort Worth training branch and developed hands-on learning experiences built around real logistics scenarios. She is also helping develop training for EPG AURA while exploring how AI can further enhance workforce education.

“Technology can only create value when people understand it, trust it, and feel confident using it,” said Holland. “That is what makes workforce development such an important part of supply chain transformation. I’m honored to receive the Workforce Innovator award and proud of the work we are doing through EPG Academy to make complex technology approachable, practical, and relevant to the people who use it every day.”

“Lindsay and Carina each play an incredibly important role in EPG’s growth and in our ability to support continued innovation across the supply chain,” said Jett Chitanand, President of EPG Americas. “Lindsay helps bring complex technologies and new ideas to the market in ways that resonate with supply chain leaders, while Carina ensures our teams and customers have the knowledge and confidence to put those technologies into practice. I deeply appreciate the passion, expertise, and commitment they bring to EPG, and I'm proud to see both recognized for the impact they're making on our company and the broader supply chain industry.”
