10x10ft Inline or Corner Hardwall Booth packages include:

Vista South will provide Booth Units consisting of the following items:

• 10x10 hardwall booth with white panels

• 10x10ft carpet

• 3 stem lights

• Waste basket

• Header with event logo, company name, booth number

• At additional cost: table and 2 chairs – enquire with VistaSouth

All hardwall booth exhibitors need to submit the following documentation before dressing of their stand can commence:

• Public Liability Insurance* – September 10th, 2024 (submit to maris.milkovic@akabomedia.co.uk)

• Show Guide Entry Form – September 30th, 2024 (submit on the e-zone under profile)

• Fascia Name Form (Shell Stand Only) – September 30th, 2024 (form on e-zone, send to VistaSouth)
