Dr. Fadi Al-Buhairan has 25 years of global, regional, and local experience spanning across various government/public and private sector domains, mainly in the logistics, healthcare and digital/technology industries. Dr. Al-Buhairan currently holds the position of CEO at SILZ, currently overseeing the development and establishment of ‘Riyadh Integrated’, the first airport special economic free trade zone in the Kingdom. Additionally, Dr. Al-Buhairan is Chairman of the Board at InfinitePL, Vice-Chairman of the Board at Naqel Express, and is a Board Member at two PIF companies, namely, NUPCO and SAPTCO.
Prior to his role at SILZ, Dr. Al-Buhairan was the Deputy CEO at SPL and Acting CEO at Naqel Express where he played a pivotal role in the overall transformation that took place since 2019. Fadi spent the 12 years before that as a management consultant, where he established his own consultancy in North America, later joining PwC, and followed by EY, where his last role was a MENA Partner and GM of the KSA Consulting Practice.
