Rafael Vasquez is a global supply chain executive with over 13 years of experience driving digital transformation, customer success, and ecosystem growth across enterprise software. He currently leads Alliances for Coupa’s Supply Chain Design & Planning business, focused on building a high-impact partner ecosystem that accelerates customer value and adoption through co-innovation and strategic collaboration.

Previously, Rafael held multiple leadership roles in Professional Services and Customer Value Management, supporting some of the world’s largest companies through complex supply chain transformations. He played a key role in expanding Coupa’s presence in Latin America, including launching the Bogotá office and leading the region’s services and customer success teams.

Rafael began his career as a supply chain consultant and has deep expertise in network design, inventory optimization, and production planning. He's an Industrial Engineer and holds a Master’s in Supply Chain Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Originally from Panama and now based in South Florida, Rafael is passionate about helping organizations turn strategy into execution—and enabling supply chains to become smarter, faster, and more resilient.
