Our general contractor is VistaSouth, they will provide stand builds, graphics, furniture, decoration, floorcovering, storage, lifting, and freight. If you require any

tables, chairs, bag holders, brochure racks or any other materials, please contact them.

You will receive your login details for the order portal from VistaSouth directly.

If you have a hardwall booth, it will come with a carpet, a standard power socket and standard lighting only.

Our registration supplier is GES, they will provide you with scanners which track visitors’ data.

At busy periods, it can be tricky to keep track of visitors to your stand and ensure that you have obtained their contact details. We do NOT give out visitor data after

the show so the easiest way to keep a record of who visits your stand or technical seminar is to hire a scanner using the link in the e-zone.

All data acquired will be yours to use as you please.

Please note this is a service provided by our registration partner GES - we do not handle these directly, so please contact our provider at least two weeks before the

event to avoid any disappointment.

Please note that they don’t have physical scanners for hire, but exhibitors can order licences to use the app on their own devices, or you can also hire an iPad. The iPads will be removed from the shop on October 1st, 2024, but app licences can be ordered up to and throughout the show being open.

Electricity, Compressed Air and Water is provided by Eddhelms.
